Insurance & Payments

Rates & Insurance

I accept insurance or private pay (cash/credit) for therapy. Learn more about the benefits of each option.

Insurance (In Network)

Therapy may be covered in full or in part by your insurance plan or available EAP benefits. You are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles at the time of service. A note on deductibles: Some insurers require high deductibles. However, many don’t require the deductible for mental health services. If we’re covered by your insurance, we can check for you before we begin.

I accept the contracted rate from the insurance companies I am in network with:

  • Aetna
  • Asuris Northwest Health
  • Anthem BCBS
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • BCBS Federal Employee Program
  • First Choice Health Network—utilized by several insurance plans. Your insurance card will most likely have the First Choice logo on it.
  • Healthcare Management Administrators
  • Kaiser
  • Premera (Multiple plans including Heritage, Global, Lifewise, Blue Cross, Federal Employee Program and others) I am not covered by “Providence Premera” at this time.
  • Regence UMP
  • Regence Blue Shield

While I make every effort to verify insurance, please contact your member services line to determine:

  • Whether your plan offers mental health coverage.
  • Your deductible and whether this amount has been met.
  • The number of sessions allowable per year.
  • Copayment and/or co-insurance per session.
  • Whether your plan requires a physician referral.

Insurance (Out of Network)

If your insurance is not listed, you pay the self-pay rate listed below and I provide you a receipt or “super bill” for you to give your insurance to seek reimbursement for out-of-network services. Check with your insurance first to determine the process and allowable costs.

Self-Pay Discount

$150 per session (self-pay/cash or health savings account).
